Yêu cầu thành viên

Theo luật, IRB phải có ít nhất năm thành viên có quyền bỏ phiếu tích cực. Các thành viên đại diện cho các lĩnh vực và quan điểm khác nhau. Một số đến từ bên ngoài VDSS.

At least two members must be “non-scientists” — people whose work is not in science or research. They may work in law, business, faith communities or advocacy. Their role is to bring community values and ethical perspectives to the process.

Appointments

• Terms last two years and may be renewed.
